Arial Beel

Arial Beel is the third largest wetland in Bangladesh covering an area of 136 sq. km. It is situated in Srinagar Upazila of Munshiganj District. The beel consists of many small ponds and canals. During the rainy season, the plants become livelier and the vast with land borders look exotic. Though the beel reduces in winter, it still remains navigable. The beel abounds in fish and during the dry season the farmer's corns and vegetables in the dry area. The pumpkin of this beel is famous. You can have a tour of the beel by our special boat “Mayur Pangkhi Paler Nao”. 

During winter different species of guests, birds fly into the beel in search of food, especially snails. Local people use the road from Srinagar Bazar of Munshiganj, via Gadighat and Shyamsiddhi village, to go to Arial Beel. Our guide will show and explain you all the situation when you are moving around the bee with our boat. 

Below providing an itinerary for your smooth preparation: 

9:00 am  -  Ride on the boat and start journey towards Dohar from Sreenagar
9:30 am  -  Tea coffee and light snacks will be served.

# Boat will run through the middle of Arial Beel, we will be able to see the fishing by villagers. Also we will be able to see cultivation of vegetables around the bank of the Beel.

11:30 am  - Boat will stop somewhere for guest to enjoy swimming in Arial Beel.
12:30 pm  -  Owned cooked lunch will be served in the boat.
1:30 pm  - Boat will keep moving through Arial Beel like a lake which is flowing in between two villages until Dohar.
2:00 pm -  Reach to the end of the destination of Dohar and look around in the village.
2:30  pm - Start journey back to Sreenagar
5:00 pm  -  Depart from the Boat

Boat facilities: We have 2 decks in our boat. On the upper deck 25 people can seat together for enjoying the scenery and can have lunch together. At the front space musical instrument can set for playing music or dancing.

On the lower deck we have a common bed for taking rest, drawing space for seating and gossiping, 1 high commode toilet, kitchen and engine room.

Safety measure: We have enough life jackets for adult and children, also we have some boya, tyres and tubes. 

Entertainment facilities: Bigger speaker for playing music, football, playing card, kite, Ludu and chess.

Boat capacity: 50 people easy capacity boat, but we encourage maximum 30 pax for smooth arrangement.
